These Terms apply to use of Nombit, an AI Dining Assistant operated by Keepsy Life LLC. By using Nombit, you agree to these Terms.

Nombit helps users scan menus, understand dishes, discover restaurants, manage preferences, and prepare ordering notes. Nombit is an assistance tool, not a restaurant, food provider, healthcare provider, or emergency service.

Nombit uses AI and third-party data sources. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, mistranslated, or misread from images. Users should verify menu items, prices, ingredients, allergens, and dietary details with restaurant staff. Nombit does not guarantee allergy safety or medical accuracy.

Users are responsible for communicating allergies and dietary restrictions to restaurants. Severe allergies require direct confirmation with restaurant staff. Nombit does not replace professional medical advice.

• Provide accurate preferences where relevant.
• Use the app lawfully.
• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not misuse the service or attempt to reverse engineer, attack, or disrupt Nombit systems.

Users may need an account for certain features. Users are responsible for maintaining account security and for activity that occurs through their account. Users can request account deletion through the app or by contacting nomi@keepsylife.com.

Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store, an applicable app store, or another payment provider. Subscription renewal, cancellation, refund, and restore rules follow the applicable store or payment provider policies. Users can manage subscriptions through their app store account settings where applicable.

Restaurant listings, images, menu details, prices, hours, availability, and other dining information may come from third-party sources or user scans. Nombit does not control restaurants, menus, prices, hours, availability, or preparation practices.

Nombit, its branding, UI, designs, and content belong to Keepsy Life LLC or its licensors. Users retain rights to content they submit, but grant Nombit permission to process that content as needed to provide, protect, and improve the service.

Nombit is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keepsy Life LLC is not liable for decisions users make based on AI outputs, restaurant data, menu scans, ordering notes, or other app information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Nombit after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to Nombit for misuse, violations of these Terms, legal compliance, safety, security, or operational reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
